A Russian manicure is a dry manicure technique that utilizes an electric nail file with specially designed bits to lift the eponychium and that dead tissue is cut away. The tools are disinfected and ultimately sterilized in an autoclave which is the highest form of clean you get. The nails are then meticulously polished to perfection.

The meticulousness of the Russian manicure sets it apart from the traditional manicure because of way the product is applied and how the nails are prepared.
